Prep & Practice

Prep & Practice is an online organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) course developed by NMBG. Modules covering topics such as equity lens, body awareness, implicit bias, shared language, and commitment & rationale provide accessible, engaging opportunities to practice skills and workshop problems of practice to build your DEI competencies and move your organizational equity work from awareness to action.
